A small-data site by design
Powerball Archive is an independent informational website. You can browse the archive and use its tools without creating an account, signing in, or submitting a profile.
This policy describes data handled directly by the site and data that may be processed by hosting, analytics, or advertising providers when those optional services are enabled.
What may be collected
The site does not currently offer user accounts, payment processing, ticket sales, comments, or a contact form. It therefore does not ask you to provide a name, postal address, lottery account, or payment details.
Like most websites, the hosting and security layer may receive standard request information such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, timestamp, and diagnostic or security events. This information may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain aggregate traffic records.
Checker and generator data
Number entries in the ticket checker are processed in your browser against the selected draw data. The number generator also runs in your browser and uses the browser’s cryptographic random source. These tools do not require your number choices to be sent to a Powerball Archive application server.
If you choose a copy action, the browser clipboard interface is used only in response to that action. Clipboard permissions and history are controlled by your browser and operating system.
Do not treat a browser comparison as official prize validation. Verify every ticket with the lottery where it was purchased.
Service providers
Cloudflare may process request and security information while hosting and delivering the site. Depending on the production configuration, the site may also load one or more of the following services:
- Google Tag Manager to load and manage measurement technologies;
- Umami or OpenPanel for aggregate product and traffic analytics;
- Microsoft Clarity for interaction analytics and site-quality diagnostics; and
- Google AdSense to deliver, measure, secure, and personalize or contextualize advertising.
These providers may process device identifiers, IP-derived location, browser information, page activity, referral information, advertising identifiers, or cookies under their own terms and privacy policies. An integration that is not configured is omitted from the generated production site.
Your privacy choices
You can restrict or clear cookies and site data through your browser, use supported browser privacy signals, or use content-blocking tools. Blocking a third-party script may affect analytics or advertising but should not prevent access to the core archive.
Advertising and analytics providers may offer their own opt-out, access, deletion, or preference controls. Requests about information controlled by one of those providers should be directed to that provider. Privacy rights vary by location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights.
Retention and security
Retention periods vary according to operational need, security need, provider configuration, and applicable law. Aggregate reports may be retained longer than event-level diagnostic information. Third-party providers determine their own retention practices.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the site, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and policy changes
This site is a general informational archive and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly request personal information from children. Lottery participation is subject to the age and eligibility rules of the jurisdiction where a ticket is purchased.
This policy may be updated when the site, its providers, or applicable requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
